Welcome to Aaric Photography! By booking our photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings.

 1. Booking & Payment Terms

- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [percentage or amount] is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled session/event.

 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

 3. Photography Session

- Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the photographer’s discretion.

- Creative License:** Aaric Photography reserves the right to use professional judgment for the selection of locations, poses, and post-processing. While we consider client preferences, the final decisions on image composition and editing rest with the photographer.

 4. Delivery of Photos

- Turnaround Time: Edited photos will be delivered within [insert timeframe] after the session/event. Any delays will be communicated in advance.

- Delivery Method: Photos will be provided via [insert method: digital download, USB, prints, etc.].

- Revisions: Minor revisions (such as color adjustments or retouching) are included. Significant retouching or additional edits may incur extra charges.

 5. Copyright & Usage Rights

- Photographer’s Rights: Aaric Photography retains the copyright of all images produced during the session/event. We reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials.

- Client’s Usage: Clients are granted personal use rights to the delivered photos. Images cannot be used for commercial purposes without written consent from Aaric Photography.

 6. Liability

- Damage to Equipment: The client is responsible for any damage to Aaric Photography’s equipment caused by negligence during the session or event.

- Limitation of Liability: Aaric Photography will not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents, weather conditions, or venue restrictions, which may prevent us from providing the agreed services.

 7. Force Majeure

Aaric Photography will not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, and public health emergencies.

 8. Model Release

By booking our services, you grant Aaric Photography the right to use your images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the session/event.

 9. Confidentiality

Aaric Photography agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding client information and will not share any personal data without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

 10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction], and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [insert jurisdiction].

 11. Amendments
